These Terms govern access to and use of the CLEQUI S.L platform (the “Platform”) by patients. The Platform is operated by CLEQUI S.L (Tax ID B000000), registered at Calle del Espino, 9, contact hola@clequi.com.
1. Subject and service description
The Platform allows patients to (i) discover and book consultations with professional nutritionists, (ii) share health information needed for follow-up, (iii) receive and consult meal and supplementation plans, (iv) communicate with their nutritionist, and (v) manage payment of services.
2. The Platform does not provide healthcare
CLEQUI S.L is a technological tool connecting patients with a registered nutritionist. CLEQUI S.L does not provide healthcare services and does not issue medical diagnoses. Clinical decisions, nutritional recommendations and plans are the exclusive responsibility of the professional who signs them. AI-assisted suggestions are practitioner support only and must be reviewed and validated by the professional before being communicated to the patient.
The Platform is not a substitute for medical consultation. In case of any emergency or serious symptoms, contact your doctor, emergency services or 112 immediately.
3. Eligibility and registration
To create an account you must be at least 18 years old (or 14-17 with authorisation from a holder of parental authority) and provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Your obligations
- Provide truthful and up-to-date health information so that the nutritionist can properly attend you.
- Notify any relevant change (medication, allergies, conditions).
- Not impersonate third parties or transfer your account.
- Not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing purposes.
- Respect intellectual-property rights in the content provided.
- Pay for contracted services on time.
5. Payments, packs and cancellations
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and the cancellation policy of each consultation or pack are set by the nutritionist providing it and are shown before purchase. Unless the nutritionist states otherwise, packs are non-refundable once redeemed but may be rescheduled under the applicable policy.
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services contracted at a distance, except where you have expressly requested that the service be provided before the end of that period and it has been fully performed, in which case you lose this right under art. 103(a) of Spanish General Consumer-Protection Law.
6. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Platform for personal purposes and in compliance with these Terms. We retain all intellectual-property rights over our software, trademarks and proprietary content.
Plans and materials prepared for you by your nutritionist are for personal use: you may not redistribute, commercialise or modify them for third parties without their authorisation.
7. Privacy
Processing of your personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Acceptance of these Terms means you have read that policy. When you choose a nutritionist on the Platform, you authorise sharing your clinical data with them so they can provide the service.
8. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance or updates requiring temporary outages, which we will announce where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEQUI S.L shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss not attributable to our negligence, or for the clinical or nutritional decisions of the professional you choose. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to health or life, or non-waivable consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from “Settings” or request its deletion by writing to hola@clequi.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, commit fraud or threaten Platform security, with prior notice where feasible.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Material modifications will be notified by email or in-app, and a new acceptance will be requested where appropriate. Continued use after they enter into force constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit, expressly waiving any other forum, to the Courts and Tribunals of [pendiente — configúralo en Admin → Legal], without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory forum under applicable law.
