How does CLEQUI IA work?
You ask it for a draft — a protocol, a lab analysis or follow-up suggestions — and it prepares one in a few minutes while you keep working. Every result goes through your review and approval before reaching a patient.
Do my patients need to create an account?
For the essentials, no: pre-consultation questionnaires, first-visit booking and protocol viewing all work through secure links, no sign-up. An account is only needed for the patient portal (progress, symptoms, session packs).
How is my patients’ data protected?
Sensitive fields are encrypted one by one with AES-256-GCM, accounts support two-factor authentication, and before AI analyzes lab work the patient’s identifying data is stripped locally. GDPR export and erasure are built in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no lock-in: cancel and you stop paying the next month. Your data stays yours and can be exported.
What happens when I hit my plan’s AI limit?
Nothing dramatic: the whole platform keeps working (patients, calendar, invoices, inbox). Only AI generations wait until next month — or you can upgrade whenever you like.
Can I bring patients over from my previous tool?
